The film stages a party upon acquiring Austrian citizenship in Vienna. Several performers, artists, and musicians are present to celebrate not only their friend's new passport but also their community of solidarity. They share their experiences and knowledge about the bureaucratic processes of migration. The film delves into the nuances of the unseen protagonist’s collective journey through the subtitles by witnessing voices, stories, and accents coming together as they share their knowledge through dance and rhythm. The film moves in small conversations between the party guests as they dance and hug each other.
