NETZWERK IN PRAXIS ist die Adaption der bisher stattgefundenen öffentlichen Netzwerk-Brunches. Gemeinsam mit den 80 Mitglieds-Institutionen und Vereinen von D—Arts werden gemeinsame Arbeitspraktiken etabliert. Wir vertiefen jeweils ein Themenfeld, dass sich konkret mit Diversität und Diskriminierung auseinandersetzt, um Maßnahmen und Strategien zu deren Umsetzung zu entwickeln. Die Frage lautet dabei immer: Wie lässt sich aus einem Thema eine gemeinsame konkrete Arbeitspraxis ableiten und mit welchen Maßnahmen kann der Bedarf nach Transformation praktisch in die Tat umgesetzt werden?
Mit dieser Veranstaltung setzen wir das Thema "D–Arts Code of Conduct" fort. Natalia Hecht stellt vor, wie wir im Jahr 2025 gemeinsam für das Projektbüro den D–Arts Code of Conduct erarbeiten werden, der den Mitgliedsvereinen - und Institutionen als Navi für die Transformation der eigenen Institutionen dienen soll.
NETZWERK IN PRAXIS stellt die Frage, wie wir gemeinsam an einem solidarischen Netzwerk arbeiten können und welche Selbstbindung die Mitglieds-Institutionen und Vereine als Voraussetzung sehen, um gemeinsame Strategien und Maßnahmen für die Transformation des Kunst-und Kulturbetriebs zu entwickeln.

NETZWERK IN PRAXIS is the adaptation of the public network brunches that have taken place to date. Together with the 80 member institutions and associations of D—Arts, joint working practices will be established. In each case, we will delve deeper into a topic area that deals specifically with diversity and discrimination in order to develop measures and strategies for their implementation. The question is always: How can a common concrete working practice be derived from a topic and what measures can be used to put the need for transformation into practice?
With this event, we are continuing the topic of the “D—Arts Code of Conduct”. Natalia Hecht will present how we will jointly develop the D—Arts Code of Conduct for the project office in 2025, which will serve the member associations and institutions as a guide for the transformation of their own institutions.
NETZWERK IN PRAXIS poses the question of how we can work together on a solidary network and what self-commitment the member institutions and associations see as a prerequisite for developing joint strategies and measures for the transformation of the art and culture sector.
