Diversity-oriented cultural policy-making: process and strategy
You are part of a cultural organisation, a ministry or arts council and you would like to take steps towards a diversity-sensitive transformation: I am here to support you in analysing existing policies from a diversity-sensitive perspective. My offer entails a variety of approaches such as, the co-creation of a strategy, the development of diversity-sensitive funding opportunities or a diversity-oriented transformation of juries and boards. You can also invite me as a speaker on anti-discriminatory cultural policy-making.

Klara Koštal is a cultural manager and policy expert, focusing on cultural policymaking from a feminist, inclusive and anti-discriminatory viewpoint. She studied comparative literature, cultural management, and political and communication sciences at the University of Vienna and King’s College London. She has held various positions in the culture sector and currently works as a policy officer for the UNESCO Convention on the Diversity of Cultural Expressions at the Austrian Commission for UNESCO. She is expert author at the Compendium of Cultural Policies and Trends.
