I offer to counsel educational and cultural institutions, that need guidance to provide equal access and infrastructure to their members and potential members from diverse backgrounds, to improve their diversity and inclusivity strategies. My offer has two main steps: evaluation and conducting of an action plan.

Enise Şeyda Kapusuz is a freelance researcher and Ph.D. candidate at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. She is a feminist historian working on the history of photography in the Late Ottoman Empire. She was a researcher representative in the Diversity and Inclusivity Committee in the EUI between the 2021-2023 academic years. Since 2022, she has settled in Vienna.
